Will PixWay work with any brand of mobile camera phone?
PixWay can be installed on most of the widely-distributed devices, such as Nokia, Sony Ericsson, and Samsung. Additional brands are currently under development for availability January 2009.

What if my network is purchased by a larger carrier – will this technology continue to work for our customers?
Yes, the PixWay solution is independent of carrier ownership.

Will the print/e-mail functions work when my customers are traveling outside of the US?
PixWay service can work when traveling outside the US (roaming). Please note that carriers may decide to limit the service or charge differently.

How much better is the picture quality?
Our picture enhancement can correct issues that impact image quality, such as contrast and brightness. To achieve a high quality result, we recommend using the highest resolution available.

Which major photo processing centers does PixWay work with?
PixWay has arranged for use of a photo processing center centrally located within the United States. Additionally, PixWay can integrate with any of the current photo processing centers available today.

How do the print and delivery costs from a camera phone equipped with PixWay compare with the costs of uploading and printing standard camera pictures from popular online sites?
Pricing is dependent on the individual carrier. Based on our research, we believe that our suggested pricing is very competitive to other offerings in the market place, while offering better quality, ease of use, and improved delivery times.

How complicated is the customization for my customers?
While the PixWay service is fully flexible, the scope of requirements impacts the complexity of the customization. Standard service does not require any customization. Basic customization, which includes a branding kit, system information messages, and fixed service flow, takes only a few weeks. Extended customization (beyond the basic customization - including changes in service flow and new services/interfaces), may be more complicated and the scheduling is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
